Most items on meowcos.com are ready-to-ship. The estimated shipping time, calculated during the Checkout page, varies with several factors, including the shipping method(economy/express), processing time of the item(s), and the destination region. An international shipping fee, calculated during the Checkout page. Overnight shipping is not available. Please stay alert to the email from our customer service, and we will contact you if there's any shipping issue with your order. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still have 't received your order, please contact our customer service for help.
1. We will send you a confirmation email with all your order details once the order is completed. Our sales team will process your oder as soon as possible.
2.Cost of shipping fee is based on your oder value as well as the carriers you choose. For more shipping details, please check the following table.

All of our orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex, DHL, YunExpress, Epacket and other carriers depending on your location.
*If any delivery failure is caused by customers such as offering wrong shipping address or not answering phone calls from the local postal office, etc., the parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s warehouse and customers will have to bear the cost of re-sending the parcel. Our customer service team would notify our customers via emails and text messages in such cases. Please note that the parcel will be destroyed by the shipping company after certain days(in most cases 15-20 days) instead of shipping back to us, therefore we won’t accept any refund request from our customers on such occasion.
RETURNS & REFUND
Meowcos always hopes that you love all the items you receive. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for a replacement or refund within 7 days after you have received the items (special offers like products from our flash sale promotions are not refundable or exchangeable). Please note that if a coupon is used, the discount will be applied to the price of each item of the order. In the event of a partial refund, the refund you receive will be the price of the item minus the discount applied to the item. If you have any trouble with it, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team are more than happy to guide you through the process. Please note that returned items must be in their unused condition with the original package. The original shipping fee is non-refundable if you would like a refund.
The process to return or refund:
Step 1: please contact our customer service email@example.com, showing the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Step 2: Once confirmed, please return items to: 3F, No.87, Outer 1st Building, 69 Xinhong Road, Chenghua Avenue, Chenghua District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China (We have multiple overseas warehouses. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the specific address). Remember to contact our customer service team and we will send you the RMA number and guide you through the rest of the process.
Step 3: Get your refund! Most returns are processed within 5 business days(weekend excluded) after we receive and check the item(s). We will issue your refund to your original payment account within 5 business days(weekend excluded).
About Shipping Fee
If you receive a faulty or wrong item and would like to exchange or get refund, the shipping fee is on Meowcos. In the event that you order wrong color or wrong size and request a return or refund, please be aware that return postage fees are your responsibility until the item arrives with us. The postage fee will be charged by your chosen postal service, which may vary depending on the postal company and service chosen, as well as the combined weight of your returns.
Notice: we strongly recommend that you return any package(s) using a recorded delivery service and obtain a proof of postage certificate or receipt from the post office branch. We also recommend retaining this proof of postage certificate or receipt until your refund has been successfully processed by us. Just in case!
You may request a return or a refund for the following reasons:
1) Faulty or wrong item. At Meowcos, we strive to create premium quality products. In the unusual event your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we would exchange the item for you. Or just send it back to us for a refund. We would process the refund once the item has been received.
2) Wrong size. When placing the order, you can directly choose the size yourself or send us your measurements. We would try to help you to choose the right size. If the item is not true to size, we can make the exchange or refund the payment of the order to you.
3) The wrong color. If the received item is made in a color that is completely different from the color you choose, simply contact Customer Service email@example.com for a refund or an exchange.
4) In good condition but you don't like the item, and about to request a return, you should make sure that it has never been used, worn, damaged, altered, and there aren’t missing items. The original package, garment tag, and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Thus, be careful with all details on the items.
Please return the items with a shipping number.
The return is NOT accepted upon the following conditions:
1) Partial returns without reasons. If you return only part of the items without proper request, the payment can not be refunded.
2) Worn, used, damaged, or altered item(s) can not be returned.
